RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy. Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether or not you would like to return your item(s). Should you wish to return your order for a refund, please send us an email within the 14 day window to let us know which items you are returning. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges for shipping back the item to us. 

To be eligible for a return and refund, all items must be in unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and tags. Due to the nature of this business, we absolutely cannot accept anything used or opened.  

CANCELLING OR MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order is place, we have a 3 hour window for you to cancel or make changes to your order. After the 3 hour window has passed, we will not be able to make changes to your order. 

Sent the wrong size or a faulty item?
Please double check all sizes of the clothing you receive to make sure it is the accurate size and quantity you ordered. Please send us an email within the 14 day window of receiving your order if you were sent the wrong size or the wrong quantity and we will rectify this for you. After 14 days, we have the right to refuse an exchange or a refund on a faulty or incorrect size. 14 days gives you ample time to check sizing and the quality of your items. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items. All sale items, discounted items and preloved items are FINAL SALE. Please read the product descriptions on sale items and preloved items CAREFULLY.
